Meeting of members of the Ukrainian-Czech Chamber of Commerce

On May 10, 2023 a meeting of members of the Ukrainian-Czech Chamber of Commerce took place in the Czernin Palace. The topic was the current situation in Ukraine, its current needs in various areas and expectations for the future. The meeting was attended by more than fifty members and guests.

 

In the beginning, the director of the Chamber, Petr Krumphanzl, summarized the activities of the last period and informed about the plans of the Chamber for the coming months. The goal is to help members of the chamber in establishing other partnerships and business development.

 

Tomáš Kopečný - the government representative for the reconstruction of Ukraine presented the position of the Government of the Czech Republic and the long-term support that the Government provides in many areas, especially through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. He informed about the plans of the Czech government to be the patron of the reconstruction of the Dnepropetrovsk region.

 

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic was represented by Mr. Valerii Demianets. He appreciated and thanked the Czech Republic for its support in this challenging situation. He presented the needs and plans for the reconstruction of Ukraine in the coming years. He highlighted the role of the Ukrainian-Czech Chamber of Commerce in supporting the reconstruction of Ukraine in the coming years.

 

Networking between chamber members and guests was an integral part of the meeting.
